Return Policies
- Return apply to all CVS products except it is stated no return for particular products or event.
- Customers may choose returned items to be exchanged or converted to store credit
- Return divided to 2 types
- Change of mind - Customer received correct item but want to exchange size or design. Payment that made earlier will be converted into store credit and once we receive the returned item, customer may place order again by using the store credit. Customer may top up the difference or keep overpaid balance in store credit for next purchase. Customer to bear return and re-send shipping costs.
- Received wrong or defective item - Customer may return the wrong or defective item, and once we received the returned item, we will re-send correct one. We bear return and re-send shipping cost.
- Return must be made within 7 working days after item has been received
- Returned items must be in original condition, without any installation, drilling, cutting and any modification.
